Coda 77, a feature film by Daniel Cabrero, was screened yesterday at the Cine Club Duero. We have the privilege of hearing Daniel’s testimony first-hand in a very interesting colloquium in which the Arandino public was able to learn the ins and outs of this very personal film.
The filmmaker enjoyed the previous visit to the interior of the Aranda Cinema, a monument to cinephilia, a place that exudes history and is the temple of a group of enthusiasts who continue to maintain one of the longest-running cinema clubs in Spain. The building will soon be in the Burgos Film Commission location catalog database, since it shows overwhelming visual potential.
Javier Cobo, President of the Duero Cinema Club, acted as the perfect host both during the visit and during the presentation of the screening. Later, Daniel received an honorary grave at the Sad Hill Cemetery, a place to which he professes great admiration.
