Burgos Film Commission participated in the Aguilar de Campoo Film Festival (Palencia), which is taking place from last Friday, December 1 until next Saturday, December 9.
Marina Ortiz was present at the round table coordinated by Jorge Rivero, Artistic Director of the Festival, along with colleagues from other filming offices: Juan Manuel Guimerans (Valladolid), Víctor Lamadrid (Cantabria) and Javier Bouzas (Asturias).
In addition, Marina participated as a jury member for the Castilla y León New Talent / Open Ecam 2023 Award. Among the selected projects were:
- Sara Martínez Sanz: “Estrella negra”.
- Cristina Urgel García: “The conversation we never had”.
- Pablo Fuentes Fernández: “I don’t want to cry”.
- Néstor López Ferreira: “Polígono X”.
Being this last short film the final winner.
From Burgos we consider fundamental the collaboration and presence in Festivals of our environment and our intention is to continue working in this line in 2024 to expand our visibility in the audiovisual sector.
